Shipping

We currently offer standard shipping and overnight shipping options.

Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days after your order has been processed. Please note that processing times may vary during high-volume periods, holidays, or product launches.

Overnight shipping is available for an additional premium fee. Overnight shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. By placing an order, you agree to our no-refund and no-return policy.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the situation and determine the best resolution.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the carrier. Please use your tracking information to contact the carrier directly for updates.
